Dunkin'

If I can give zero stars I will do it. I felt horrible. I walk in the morning for a coffee and another guy walked after me. The Dunkin' Donuts' worker addresses the guy Good morning Sir, what can I get from you? and he completely ignores me (but I walked in first). Then when I was at the register about to speak (I wanted coffee), the Dunkin' Donuts' worker said "Anything else sir?" and he ignores me again. I just walk out of there. This whole thing felt so racist!!! Last time I visit that store.

I love dunkin donut but what wrong with this location. It’s been 8th time they gave me a wrong order. The staff do not listen while placing order. I placed- med, hot,decaf,latte they gave wrong order. Every time , I order for my family and make sure each word in my order is communicated. They don’t hear it. Either it will be the wrong size or wrong coffee or cold version instead of hot latte. Today the person gave me a bagel that was toasted earlier & he retoasted it was so chewy I had to throw in trash when I was back at my desk. How frustrating every time!! They need to understand if a person is ordering for 5-6 people in their family and each have specific parameter, there could be 30 parameters they need to enter before they could roll out the order.

10/08/2016 around 2pm me and my girlfriend got large coffee and a medium latte, large coffee cup was messy with spilled coffee around the cup, my girlfriend received a small latte and asked to get a medium since she order a medium and guy put her small latte in a medium cup and top it off with regular coffee. Very bad service and no uniforms.
