Applebee's

I would give it a 0 if that were allowed. Was hesitant to come to this restaurant again because they served me raw boneless chicken wings a while back. Despite this, my husband and I chose to give it another try due to the closeness and ease of this establishment to our home. When we arrived we were greeted wonderfully and got seated right away. The waitress was so rude and looked extremely distracted while taking our order but she did repeat the order so how bad can this be.. while waiting 35 minutes for the bowl of soup and yes, boneless chicken wings, we witnessed people that came in after us receive their food. The waitress came to the table and stated she did not know what was taking our appetizers so long.. yet never went to check. Another 20 minutes pass and the soup came and 5 minutes after that the chicken.. shortly after that the entrees came. The portions were perfect, the mashed were dry and cold and we never did get our side of fries. I would have informed the waitress but she never did bother to come back. She was sitting with a table of friends , possibly coworkers on her phone and ignoring the environment she was in. She seemed super bothered when we asked for napkins but that was no big deal either.. Then she came to drop off the check and took off for another 10 minutes. She finally Came back to check us out but again she seemed she couldn’t have been bothered when my husband reminded her to take off the fries we didn’t get. I am reminded now why we rarely choose this poor establishment and we will not be returning. Despite the poor service the inside needs a Reno and smells like mold. Choose somewhere else to spend your money unless you are looking for a mediocre restaurant with poorly trained wait staff

Whoever is doing to go orders needs to be retrained, I got a to go order and they gave me completely wrong sides. I’ve been a waitress for 7 years it’s literally impossible to mess up sides. Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I’m allergic to the sides they gave me. Seriously, hire smarter people. May 28th 3pm. Thanks Applebees! Also food has always been dry, like it’s been sitting around for 30 minutes.

Wife ordered pick up online waited an hour past pick up time food never received she let them know that we could not wait any longer. They claimed that they were short staffed was reason. She was told we would be refunded we have called multiple times over a week with no progress for our money back since we never got the food. If you can't fulfill your orders stop charging until it is in hand. Just like other restaurants let someone place order but you don't pay until you get the food. Shady business practices and being told different stories every time you talk to different person.

I could care less if they closed everyone of these restaurants. Everytime we go to one we can't get served when we are seated or we can't get a table for a hour and a half and the restaurant is barely half full and waitresses hanging out at the bar talking. I use to enjoy eating here, but I am done with Applebee's, had way too many bad experiences. It's too many places to dine, to get treated this way. They don't deserve the ONE STAR I gave them!!!
