Subway

Since I really don’t have a lot of time for lunch decided to order ahead. When arriving there it was very busy. When getting to the front I have told the worker that I am here for a pick up. He looked at the order and order was wrong he basically told the other worker about the sandwich but she obviously looked like she just didn’t care it was wrong. Not only was a order wrong they weren’t apologetic either and took 10 mins to remake my order. Worse customer service ever. I rather drive 2 miles away to the other subway instead.

These worse experience I have ever had at any Subway ever. What a waste of money and time. Went in this afternoon for a sandwich. The lady that prepared my wrap was not properly trained. My wrap was very dry and the proportions were off. When she was making the wrap I could see she was making it differently than I ever seen her co worker and the owner prepare wraps, I wish I would have just left it and not paid. And to top it off the soda machine was not working...ruined lunch.

I personally know the owner Jarman and he is such a sweet man and that really shows in how he runs his store. It is always the best customer service with the biggest smiles on their faces. The food is always fresh. The store is always clean, even so much so that I usually see people cleaning each time I come in. I love this Subway so much.

Subway has decided to use the cheapest possible meat for its italian sub. Absolutely horrible. No salami or pepperoni. This was almost inedible due to the poor quality meats. Won't go to subway again, instead I will go to a local sub shop. I might pay more but at least I will have quality meats that should be on an Italian sub.
