one of the best subways of all time. going into my hopes were moderate but soon enough they were blown out of the water. the euphoric explosion of dopamine as I took the first bite of my delectable sandwich was an experience I wish I could feel again. as for them getting orders wrong, the only time they have EVER got my order wrong it turned out better then the original sandwich I wanted. rest assured I didn't get 2 ham sandwich's like some people claim to get. and the atmosphere of the building, oh its to die for the hunk of an employee mason he was too dreamy. the way his manly biceps were bordering the edge of his short sleeve work shirt it was all euphoric. definitely going back.

Horrible experience I order two foot-long turkey subs with extra things and I ended up with two ham sandwiches with nothing extra that I ordered and I live 30 minutes away and all they could say was bring the sandwiches back and they’ll fix them.Well are they going to pay for my gas to?They don’t offer a discount don’t offer a refund they didn’t even say they were sorry. I have to go back after work I waste my time and gas for their mistake.

I've been going to this location since it opened and have never had any issues. However, this evening our experience was poor from the moment we pulled in for curbside pickup. Our order (4 Footlong Sub Combos) was due for pickup @ 5:50 pm. About 8 minutes after we check-in, a young boy with big headphones over his ears brings out a bag with 4 subs...and that's it. I kindly let him know that we also had 4 Dr. Peppers and 4 chips with our order. He seemed really confused and asked what kind of drinks and chips we ordered. He then came back out with the 4 drinks (no cup holder) and then goes back in and comes back out with our chips. The young man (who was very nice) let me know he was new, so I brushed all this craziness off until we got home and saw that our subs were made wrong! What is going on in there?!! It seems as if there isn't a responsible manager running the establishment. I counted 4 Subway employees outside talking, maybe that's why the subs were made incorrectly. Poor experience, pure laziness from the employees - from the service down to the subs! Work out your lazy employees Subway! Subs should be made as if you were the one having to eat it.
