Mike the Area Manager decided to be very aggressive with his words and rude to the special needs staff. We got the excuse from the manager that it's because the person has a problem interrupting. Okay,
Where is the professionalism? Where is the dignity of taking the person to the back and having a conversation? Basic human respect?
There is NEVER a reason to speak to someone that way no matter who they are, but because this person was special needs , someone had to be thier voice!
The food and the waitress, both amazing ! 👏

When we got to Applebee’s there was about a 20 minute wait, which was understandable on a Friday night. When we got to our table we were immediately greeted by Taeler B. I was very impressed with how busy she was but made time to make connections with all of her tables. She was so friendly, made suggestions, everything came out promptly and delicious. I hope to have that kind of service again when we return. Thank you Taeler!

The bar tender Chance was a very polite and attentive to all my request. He was very on the ball when It came to time and positivity.
