This store needs new management, ownership, or something. Not up to standards for any convenience store. No reason to shop here instead of anywhere else in the area. Stuff is broken all over the store. Drink machine broken. Coffee never available. Floor is disgusting dirty. Credit card machine doesn't even work. Why 7-11 allows this store to even be open I have no idea, they should be shut down or replaced with something better or updated.

Was refused pizza yesterday which I planned to use my points for to buy my family dinner. Spoke to the owner this morning because I am an everyday regular at this 7 eleven. This evening at 630 I was refused scratch offs on my debit card..which I understand is at the discretion of the owner...but I buy scratch off at this store regularly with my debit card...I was told they don't do that....and when I asked when this started he said...a long time ago...which is just not true...I told him he was wrong and he yelled at me saying "oh...I'm wrong" to which I said ...yes..you are. I get them here a few times a week ...he said..well I'm gonna have to call the owner and see....there were at least 5 people in line behind me so I just got what I had bought and left...I don't want this to reflect badly on the owner because any and everytime I have come in and he is working it has been a pleasant experience.. but this is the second night in a row its been severely unpleasant to the point that if this employee is working I should just keep going and not even waste my time

This store is bad, why not fix the store. Everything broken inside and dirty. Drink machine not work. Coffee is cold. Pastries empty. Floor sticky and dirty all over and parking lot messy too. I used to come here a lot but now most time I go someplace else. Wish you fix this store but it is close to my drive.

This store is new but has SEVERAL major issues. The worst is they never have ANY food when they should. I just went in there at noon for lunch and there is nothing, literally nothing, food wise in the hot cases. It's always that way. But you come in at 9 am and the racks are packed with pizza!! Another issue is they only have a single person bathroom!! If you're on the interstate and looking to stop there for a potty break, be prepared to wait. In a hurry to go back to work from lunch.... be prepared to eait. The cashiers are nice, thats about all nice I can say.

Tried to start the remodel that corporate wants done but the owner had different ideas for the remodel so if you go in don't be surprised if you see a uncompleted remodel, hopefully after current owner leaves things will get done

I've bought coffee for 20 days straight and every seventh cup is free. I didn't use my rewards until 2 days ago. I had 3 free coffees on my rewards app because I bought so man . The cashier refused to scan my coupon on my rewards app because I used a coupon yesterday. Nothing makes me more upset than someone refusing to do there job, especially when I'm on my way to work and I'm treated as If I'm trying to get over on someone. I'm a veteran and I was wearing my Army field jacket. Maybe she thinks I'm homeless, idk what her reason was for refusing to scan the coupon on my app and letting me take my coffee and go to work.

Where is the DIET PEPSI on the fountain drink when you get a Big Gulp? Only diet Coke the last couple times I went there. Most other 7 elevens I have visited around the country have Diet pepsi for a Big Gulp, why not here?
