Baskin Robbins

Horrible, They don't take coupons anymore off their own app and also They make up their own prices last week a hand pak quart was 8.99 this week it was 11.99, when up $3. Only one type of Sundae and no more Banana Splits. Also half of the Ice Cream Display case is marked, the half, you have to Guess the Favor.

I’ve want to leave a review for the past 3 years!!! We constantly try to get a 31 Below and either the machine is broke (no soft serve) or they’re out of Reese’s cups. They need a regional manager to come in and rescue this place from hell. If they weren’t attached to Dunkin’ Donuts they’d be shut down.

When is the Baskin-Robbins which is actually part of a local Dunkin donuts had to wait a little while which is understandable because who wants ice cream in warm weather. we were mildly surprised to see that Baskin-Robbins now offered a soft serve ice cream and when we ordered it it wasn't working so needless to say we were a little bit disappointed. Although I would say that the ice cream that we did order was up to Baskin-Robbins standard and was tasty. I'm not sure that pairing a Dunkin donuts with a Baskin Robbins is a good idea but that's what they had so that's where we went

If you want ice cream avoid this place. They are always out of something. The Reeses peanut butter sundae is good but I have never had it served the same way. Last time they served it in a coolatta cup because they were out of cups for the sundaes. Time before that they were out of the Reeses peanut butter sauce, ugh.

It was 8pm on a Friday night. I get out of my car and they have a sign saying closed please use the drive through. Literally it took 20 minutes before I got to the window. I asked the employee why the store is closed; he replied the reason why is because they were short staff. I saw three employees. I bet the owner Doesn't even know his employees are closing the store before time.
