First time checking this place out. Ordered such a unique sandwich, they thought it was a joke lol. I have to say, one of the best subs I've had in a very long time. Closest was about 2k miles north. The young ladies working today were wonderful and exceptionally pleasant. Steak was tender and delicious, and the sub itself had a nice crunch! Will definitely be returning. Be sure to try any of their homemade desserts. You won't be disappointed!

The lady that runs this is awesome. She treats you like family. Its like im in a new york sub shop. The subs are fresh and hearty. Well worth it. The meatball sub is to die for.

12/2020 update: made it back. Food is still spot on. 10-4 hours make it difficult to get something early for later, but they deconstructed a sandwich for me to eat for lunch the next day! Also, the business had pro-Trump stuff by the register, so as much as i like the food, I'm now obligated to spend my money elsewhere.
Prior review: I've spent a WHOLE LOTTA TIME since May 2019 wishing I could make it back over toward this place to eat! She even gave us a lead on a great camping spot near Sebastian Inlet (which we used, thanks!). AWESOME FOOD! Just posting this pic made me hungry all over again.

Very friendly staff. Food was fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable. Roast beef sandwich was excellent.

I always pass through this place while I'm at work. Decided to get some lunch her and I'm glad I did. That sub was amazing ❤️❤️. Will definitely be returning to try their other options 😁😁
