What an amazing little pub with great energy. Definitely worth checking out if your in town, best food I've had all weekend in Vermont and I was expecting Irish as I've never been to a pub that wasn't... however was pleasantly surprised at the more South of the boarder menu options(had the homemade taquitos & will never forget them) has a pool and foosebal table downstairs. Good music, priced well and friendly staff and locals at the bar too

I've been coming to Vermont for 20 years. Burts is the only place I know that I will have a good time every time I'm here. They have amazing billiards karaoke and the staff is the best I've seen this side of the border. Ask for Ray he knows all the best places. I thought about moving here specifically because of Burts. Please make sure you come here.

We called around looking for a pub that would offer beer "on tap" that was not limited to craft beer. The lady here told us they had all kinds of domestic draft, like the typical Bud, Miller, Coors, etc "on tap". But when we arrived and ordered from her, she "claimed" she told us she only had those in bottles. That was absolutely false. . . Yes, it's a small point, but we drove there based on her information so it was really disappointing when she changed her story upon our arrival and then claimed it was our error. So we left. Found a great spot down the road called the Sunset Grill & Taproom. Great food, service, and better beer choices.
