Firstly, they only put the gloves on as we walked in - hygiene! I ordered a 6" chicken tikka sub on italian bread. Not particulary a lot of chicken tikka or cheese. Why then heat it so its like sawdust when eating. Back at the office I pettily measured it, shocker it was only 5 inches. First time ever at subway, wont be going back.
Customer service? What's that? The two members of staff that were on shift between 12-1pm TODAY 10.08.25 need to go on an extended training day. They were very rude - move jobs if a customer facing role isn't for you!!!
