I went to this Panera thinking everything would be my usual good old experience but it wasn’t. I got the Mac and cheese and it was very watery and just all around disgusting(even another family next to me ordered one to and theirs was the same ). When my mom said something they didn’t seem bothered by it. I like to get it with smoked pulled chicken(definitely recommend) and they forgot to give me that so I had to go back and get that. My mom got a pick two with a soup and a salad and they forgot to give us the soup so had to go get that too. All around bad experience and the best thing in the table was the bread and drinks.

A great place for healthy and delicious food options. Also great selection of vegetarian offerings as well! We love Panera Bread!

This place use to be great, but not anymore. I bought a sandwich and they literally put just one piece of chicken on it. 🤔

5 stars for the food, just like at any Panera but zero stars for the prep and the timeliness, which outweighs the food convenience. If you order curbside pickup, be ready to wait for a while and to go inside to pick it up. This store also very often forgets items in orders.

Last time ordering from this location… avocado in my sandwich still with the skin on it? Then halfway through my Mac and cheese I find something else. Not sure what it is but I do know it shouldn’t be there.

I usually find Panera Bread very good. This one not so much. The cheddar/broccoli soup was tepid. The turkey half sandwich was poorly constructed and fell apart. Quite a few guests so they seem to be well liked.

I ordered delivery from here and my order consisted of soup, two pieces of bread and a large ginger ale. When I got my order there was no second piece of bread, which they charged me for and no straw for my drink. To top it off I took a bite from my soup and felt something in my mouth and when I pulled it out it was a giant piece of plastic about two inches long. How does that get into soup?! I’m so grossed out this place is disgusting and I recommend no one eat here.

Has become expensive for the quality and quantity verses non national chains. And they still haven't corrected the fact that none of their scones are devoid of too sugary glazing. They've Dunkin Donuted them. These are corporate issues.
That being said, the people working at this location are great.
