Disappointed yet again.... last time we went the food was terrible cold took way to long but ice cream was good. Tonight we decided to just go to the window and get ice cream. Two people ahead of us, its taking a long time I assume the gentleman at the window has a large order. Nope 15 min later the Male worker, might be the manager, finally takes his order... literally that customer was at that window for more than 15 minutes just to put in his order. Meanwhile you see servers sitting there on there phones. Then the next woman goes up and the worker tells her to wait a minute. 5 minutles later we see him getting ice cream for another table no gloves on handling food after handling cash. Woman in line ahead of us still waiting and now there are about 6 people behind us. At that point I left and advised the people behind us they would be better off going in side and getting a table because we had already waited over 25 min. Unacceptable!!! Especially for a Friday evening.

I've been going to friendlys for years, at one point I was the kid who couldn't wait to eat a sundae now im the adult taking others there. This last visit was abysmal. The tables were dirty, our appetizers (3 of them) arrived at our table 10minutes after our entree which defeats the purpose. Also I could tell half of the menu is microwave which really does suck, especially since it took a while for us to get our food. The milkshakes have gone downhill. The wait staff didn't take down the order correctly thus most of our food had been improperly prepared. Overall it was a really bad experience from quality of care of the tables, food quality, to even simple attention to detail. RIP to another franchise.

Service was horrible. 45 minutes to get soggy and cold fries. Our waitress was nowhere to be found and drinks were constantly empty. We had a 3 year old with us and her chocolate milk wasn’t mixed. Fist sip made her gag. We sent it back for water after 20 minutes to wait to flag down the waitress who was doing her best not to not notice we needed something. Worst experience at a friendlies I’ve ever had.

This location needs to hire more help. Every time we have visited the place is swamped! We waited for 20 min before we were served. Our waitress Maria was very nice. I feel bad for them. The carpets need to be replaced, they look like they are the same one from the 80s. walls need to be cleaned windows have cobwebs. Kids and husband love eating here though.

I'm going to tell you how it was. I Walk in and there was two people in front of me and not one waitress came over to seat them so they walked out than after they walked out we wait about 5 minutes to be seated and all waitress saw us there.finally got seated after 10 minutes . then we wait about 10 to put our order in. I can see if it was busy but it wasn't . The waitress was not very helpful.we was there for one hours. I have eaten at that Friendly's before and got better service the last time and that it was very busy. I'm sorry that the we are losing Friendly's all over but I can tell you I will never go to this one again. Like I said before if it was very busy we'd understand but it wasn't ànd was very dissatisfied with the service.the ice cream stand was getting faster service
