Made Cafe

Joined MADE Wellness in December to see how it would be. The goal 'if I could keep myself committed to a fitness plan without feeling like I'm a slave to it'. Pleased to say after 6 weeks I'm a bit of a convert. The classes are expertly taken. A capable team of instructors and are alert to all levels especially when you're tentatively trying to remember how to bend and stretch. Of course you have to work hard but it feels good to be pushed by people who really are interested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. The community is friendly. The facilities are clean and well built. The cafe has some great options from smoothies to healthy meals.

Went for a yoga spa retreat day. Friendly polite & professional staff. Felt relaxed & revitalised after yoga & meditation session thanks ladies. Breakfast & lunch was delicious. Thanks Helen for my peppermint massage it was lovely. Overall this spa venue is one of the best clean & wonderful location I will be back.
