Buffalo Wild Wings

Loved it here! We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing. She was the only bartender so she had a lot of stuff to get done before close and was still very attentive and sweet. The whole place was clean and atmosphere great. When they made a mistake with the food she was sure to catch the mistake herself and apologized and made the correction and the food was amazing, thank you!

The wings are really good but the service is usually slow. I have to wait to pay around 10 to 15 minutes after getting the check and even when there isn't many people we have to wait long for our food. That's all pretty tolerable though if you know to expect it because it's worth it with how good the wings really are.

My grandson took his mother and I out to dinner for Valentine's day. While the food was good, my grandson's burger came soon after ordering. My grandson finished his meal and my daughter and I had to wait about 15 minutes before our meals were brought to the table. I saw the same thing happening on the other tables. We were seated a little after six and didn't leave until 7:25. We were very disappointed with the entire experience.

Terrible service, terrible waitress named Savanna. She immediately was rude, definitely needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. She was so worried about her phone and kept checking it our whole visit. Slammed our food on the table and said "here ya go", (not to mention she forgot part of our order and had to wait another 10 min for the rest of it) we said thank you and she just walked away irritated! our experience here tonight was horrible, except the food was good.

Burger was so greasy. I wasn't looking for 5 star quality, just something quick to eat after a long day/week, but this was nasty and just tasted like grease and the bit that I did eat will probably give me a stomach ache later. The Buffalo fries were good, though. They were cold, but that's on the GrubHub driver, not the restaurant.

Haven't been here in over 3 years and I remember why I don't come here anymore The food has always been decent but there's never enough people long wait times I felt sorry for our waitress she did her best to try to keep up only half of our food came out the other half we had to wait over 45 minutes I guess you can just read all the other reviews and get the idea.

Service was SUPER slow. Literally had to call out to servers to get a fork for a salad delivered. Our party of 5 was served our dishes over an hour (appetizers coming last) and the salad needed to be reminded. Not to mention the bug infestation in the place. It was claimed “ its summer and the bugs look for sweet drinks.” I got an ipa and removed 1 bug ( on plate) 2nd bug arrived shortly thereafter. These are bugs from uncleanliness. NOT from outside. Baby roaches are bread indoors, not through entryways. No wonder wild wings is failing. Management and health code violations are horrible!
