This bakery is a gluten-free paradise! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the most inviting aroma of freshly baked treats. The selection is impressive, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the quality of ingredients is top-notch. Nick and the staff are very friendly, making it a delightful experience. It's such a relief to find a bakery that not only understands the importance of catering to dietary restrictions but also takes taste and quality to a whole new level.

Hands down the absolute best gluten/nut/sesame free bakery! Not only did the people at the holiday party with nut allergies or celiac disease enjoy the cake…everyone did! Nick, the chef/owner is extremely nice, helpful, and was kind enough to take the time to reassure me that the facilities are completely free of gluten and nuts. Every gluten free bakery I’ve tried before failed miserably in terms of texture but the cake I got from Two Fields bakeshop was on point! No one could even tell that the cake was gluten free and that right there is pure talent. This place is a real gem. Keep doing what you do, it’s honestly awesome!

My wife and I were planning weddding celebration and totally forgot to get a cake. We called and explained the situation and chef Nick was beyond accommodating and friendly! He gave us some recommendations on fillings(the smallest layer of jam under the frosting was an amazing compliment to the rest of the cake some chocolate and vanilla filling between tiers of the cake) hands down if I need a cake two fields is one of the places I'll consider going to even if it's out of the way.

People who suffer from food allergies - you MUST check out this bakery. You will be so happy you did. I am allergic to gluten and dairy. Everything here is gluten free (there is never any in the building). I believe the same goes fod nuts. Then, they have options for dairy free and vegan. Most of their cakes can be made dairy free and about half the stuff they have for immediate purchase is dairy free. They did a customized birthday cake for me - strawberry shortcake - with dairy free butter cream icing. OH MY. The butter cream topped any other real butter cream I've had. I was so pleased with the cake. Their bread is unbelievable. So much better than store-bought. They do sub rolls, dinner rolls, pie crusts. Next I'm going to try a lemon blueberry cake. They had one ready for purchase when I went in last but I already bought so much stuff. This bakery was such a great find. I can finally enjoy my favorite sweet treats again.

I went to this bakery to purchase some gluten free and vegan treats for a baby shower at my workplace. Nick, the chef/owner, was extremely nice and helpful. He explained the how the various items are made. I asked his advice on a vegan dessert, as most vegan baked goods (to me as a non-vegan) taste awful. He had me sample vegan blondies; I was amazed at how delicious they were!! My coworkers were equally impressed! It was great to serve delicious treats that everyone could enjoy.
