Quickfire Pizza

I can't say how this place is on a regular day... But they were not prepared for the 4th of July crowd! Only 3 people working and they got slammed! Over an hour and a half wait for our pizza and when we came back to check on the status of our pizzas we ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes later, they were ignoring all of us! Getting crabby at customers for looking at the sea of receipts to try and see how long till their order since they weren't giving anyone answers. A fight broke out in there between customers. The place was a mess. They over sold for the amount of time they had before close and everyone just wanted their pizza before the fire works started. I'm a vegetarian and of course out of the 4 pizzas we ordered, the veggie pizza was still dough! The other 3 were pretty good. But it wasn't a pleasant experience. I guess don't pick this place on busy holidays.

*UPDATE: The manager took the time to call me and apologize for the situation. Most places just comment on the review but I appreciate the extra effort.* Horrible customer service. I placed an order online through their website, received a confirmation email, waited until the pick up time and arrived at QuickFire to pick up my order. When I arrived, I said I was there for a pickup to one employee. He glanced at the screen and said, "Yeah, I'm gonna have him to deal with it" and passed me off to the other employee. This other employee then told me that my order didn't come through but if I was charged for it he could make it real quick. I was very confused about why my order wasn't there since I went through their website AND received a confirmation email. I checked my bank account and I had been charged so he proceeded to make the pizza but that then required waiting even longer. There was never any apology for the confusion, never any attempt to move a little bit faster, and no remorse whatsoever. Honestly, just a little bit of empathy would have made this situation okay, but they did not care at all. The pizza was just okay. If you order online, I reccommend calling ahead to make sure your order goes through.

5 guys working and after 30 minutes waiting for our order I had to go up to the counter. My pizza was just sitting there, and the guy gave it to me but still hadn't made our salad yet. 10 minutes after getting our $12 pizza that was super small, we got our salad. Lettuce was old and topped with pizza cheese. Guys eating behind the counter while making pizzas, super gross and unsanitary. Don't waste your time. This place could be great but unfortunately it's not.

4th of July, was not smooth. I don't blame the staff. I didn't get my pizza and had to leave. I was told my pizza wasn't going to come out any time soon, even though I had waited about an hour and a half after the pick up time indicated. I ordered online and I'm assuming there were technological issues with the flood of orders coming in. The one star is more so for the lack of response after reaching out via email for a refund. Hoping I can have someone reach out!

Just a bizarre experience from the beginning. Ordered one pepperoni pizza and a glass of wine. After we ordered, none of the three employees did anything to get started on any of it. We never got the wine until we asked again, and the time it took for us to get our pizza made me confused how this place got its name in the first place. The pizza brought to us didn’t have pepperoni, but just cheese. The dough wasn’t cooked, and essentially didn’t even exist in the middle of the pizza. The patio was not picked up, and had debris, boxes, speakers with no music, lights but seemingly no electricity. We did have some stacked milk crates right by our table to keep us company. Fellow patrons were bussing tables to find a space to sit. All could have been forgiven had the pizza and service been a little better, but unfortunately this place just wasn’t the goods.

The service was slow, half of what we ordered for drinks was unavailable and the pizza was rather okay. Sanitation is not a priority here... the oven is covered in dust and as I ate my pizza, I watched the guy making pizzas take off his hat, run his hands through his sweaty hair and go back to making pizza without washing. And he just did it again... gross.
