Kwik Trip

Been here several times with pumps not working and others malfunctioning. Twice the auto shut off on the pump handles didn't work. They provided no refund. In fact, last time they told me someone would contact me and they never did. I don't have those issues at other gas stations as their pumps are well maintained. Do yourself a favor. Fill up somewhere else.

This Kwik Trip is nice and clean everytime I have visited. The location does get busy. Just a note: it isn't the easiest to get into and out of with a large trailer (such as a 40ft 5th wheel), however it is possible. Staff are always friendly. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Masks are required and social distancing.

This is a good place for a fast stop. As is the case for most Kwik Trip's, they are great for coffee and donuts, and the hot case food isn't too terrible for convenience store food. I like the breakfast sandwiches. It's also a good stop for milk and eggs. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I was just at Kwik Trip in Stevens Point by Target. I decided to have chicken tenders for lunch, so I took them to the register to pay only to realize I had taken my cards out and left them at home in my coat. So I apologized and was going to leave when an employee from the store insisted she pay for my food. Just pay it forward she said. I simply couldn'tbelieve it! So I wish I had noticed her name, but I didn't. So, the best I can do is describe her. She had shorter RED hair, and a med build with glasses. I hope someone from the company sees this because that nice lady made my day! I WILL be paying it forward.

Without a doubt the worst kwik trip we have ever been to. It is a few blocks from our home so it is most convenient and I will drive out of my way to avoid it. The kitchen staff is rude. I opened a sandwich and the meat was dry and burnt. I showed the cashier and got a new sandwich. The kitchen lady (who once previously tried arguing that there wasn't bacon on a chicken sandwich that clearly had bacon on I) was yet again rude and rolled her eyes. The cashier when I said that the kitchen lady was rude completely ignored it. This kwik trip is opposite of any kwik trip I've ever been to. Boo on you! Black eye on kwik trip.
