Arby's

Terrible. The kid at the counter who took my order had to of been working his first day on the job. Forgot my drink cup and then gave me the wrong size. All the sauce dispensers were empty. My food was terrible. My curly fries appeared to be double deep fried, cold and stale. My roast beef sandwich was stopped together and the beef was wet and slimy looking. To top it all off the bathroom was out of soap. I watched an employee use the bathroom after me and return to work. So I assume he did not wash his hands like the rest of us who used the bathroom. Needless to say I did not ring the bell on the way out.

These were some of the worst sandwiches that we've ever had!!!! My husband and I went for a quick dinner last night thru the drive thru. I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and 4 mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was extremely dry!! No flavor what so ever. The bun was very dry as well. Meat was grey and very dry looking. Mozzarella sticks were fine. My husband had a medium beef and cheddar sandwich. It was very dry as well!! Barely had any cheese on it at all. Had to take off the meat to even see that there was any cheese on the sandwich. Meat was the same color and dryness as mine. Extremely disappointed as we always go to the Arby's in Plover and we don't usually have an issue. Will not return to the Arby's in Stevens Point...will stick with Plover!!

Some folks were impatient, but the guy working the register was new. We gave him a curveball with a splash card, and minor order change. He asked for help on those things. Once the order was complete and correct , said he did a great job. He smiled. Small tip to anyone who does read this. Don't be a jerk to new people on the job. They are learning. Pressure just leads to mistakes.

This Arbys has really gone down hill. We ate here a few months ago and it was a not so great experience. We decided to give it another go tonight and it was horrid. Drink machine turned off, water all over the floor, had to ask for someone to come take our order, half our order was missing, and our food was cold. Not to mention the worker in backing yelling profanities at another worker.
