I hadn't been out to eat in a really long time. My mom and I went to KFC and had a good time eating the really good food and sitting inside the dining area and talking about everything. The service people were really nice! Thank you!

Ordered at 5:50 for a 7 pm pickup. Got there at 7 pm and they inform me there are no legs. Then I will have to wait 15 minutes for them. I tell them to just replace it with thighs. Then I am told it will be a while and to pull up and wait. The girl acted like it was crazy when I told her I ordered over an hr ago to have it ready at 7pm and didn't. Understand how in that hour they did not have legs ready and hadn't even bothered to pack the food. Like what's the point if I didn't want what I ordered or if I wasn't in a hurry I told have just ordered when I got to the store.

The quality of the food for the price is a travesty. Paper thin chicken tenders, the price wasn't on the menu so I guess that was my fault for not asking but an 8 piece chicken tender order was $18 and they could barely feed one person.

We were in Winterville so we stopped to get some chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner. We ordered the chicken sandwich with slaw and mashed with gravy. Great slaw , the sandwich was tender and the seasoning they use is great. Good meal, good price

The chicken seems to be a bit salty, otherwise it was hot and fresh. The customer service is great. From start to finish I was in and out of the drive-thru within 5 minutes.

On this particular visit, my autistic child was excited and expressed himself in his usual way. A manger was giving us very rude and unnecessary looks. Everything else was fine but managers are supposed to teach courtesy, professionalism, and especially good customer service. She definitely was not representing that.
