Pizza Hut

At the corporate level, Pizza Hut does a good job of insuring that the franchise owners turn out a uniform product. The pizza is the same all the way around, but apparently the literacy rate of employees is not. I’m an odd dude, I order my pizzas cut square. So I put in my fun little idiosyncrasy into the special request line when I order. And because that isn’t clear enough to the crew that reads the ticket, I call and politely verify they understand the request. Nevertheless, the pie shows up cut into triangles. I assume they are just having a grand ol’ time messing with me, and probably messing with the food as well. They also left me a little love note. Real cute, keep up the good work.

Very nice staff! During the day my pizza was always a little soggy in the middle, and not a good crisp on the crust, kinda gross. But during the night, i swear it was the best pizza hut ever, AMAZING crunchy fried crust, and fully cooked (for the most part, if you order a bunch of veggies, at most places its never cooked enough and its undercooked in the middle). Really really awesome staff though, looking in it seems like a decent work environment. They know how make the customer satisfied, even if they made a mistake.
