Absolutely disgusted and disappointed!! Workers did not get ANY of my order right. Spent $50 just to get home and have my subs and sides WRONG! Worst subway ever

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful staff. When trying to make a complaint about the 3rd time they forgot to make my order that I already paid for all of a sudden the recipt machine won't work and no one in the store knows the store number so you can't make a complaint to get the money for the 3 sandwiches I never received. Gotta find a way to get ahold of corpses

Walked in at 10:08pm and the lady at the register yelled to the back room “you were suppose to lock the door 10 minutes ago”.. just a little rude, ESPECIALLY if they didn’t even say something specifically to me. Some rude lady comes from the back saying “we closed already, go through the drive thru”. What was the difference if we ordered real quick inside or if we drove around? It was just rude all around with the approach and tone. Not to mention she said “I have a lot to do” like really??? I won’t ever go here again.

Worst joke of a “Subway” in the country. I’ve been to countless different locations and this is by far the worst overall experience I’ve ever had. Their prices are at least $2 more per sandwich than every other local franchise. Their customer service is non existent and their food is below average( hard to do when running a FRANCHISE)! Anyways, save your money and time for a more for a restaurant worthy of your time and hard earned money.

I don't know who the manager nor district manager is for this particular location but the time efficiency MUST IMPROVE Tremendously... Especially knowing this location service the plant..meaning more people..so two registers should always be open. The line should always have designated people to do specific jobs to keep the line flowing ... It should never take an hour to order a sandwich. The cashier is always slow its a mess.. Everytime! If you IMPROVE YOUR REVENUE WILL IMPROVE!!!

While the food is a 7/10, and the customer service can be anywhere from a 3 to a 10/10, the look and cleanliness of most of the subways I've been to has generally been a 5/10. Most of these establishments are just dated and cheap looking. And just because they are a fast food spot doesn't mean they cant look a bit nicer. Hello Wendy's, McDonalds, taco bell and Arbys have all gone through major renovations to make them visually appealing and modern. But not subway. Still stuck in the late 80s. I also feel like, compared to other sub joints, subway just doesn't give you enough.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub and the steak was a little rubbery and after a couple bites I couldn’t eat it anymore. Tried to get my money back 5 minutes after I purchased it but the lady was extremely rude and said she can’t do it without a receipt while having a huge attitude. I will never be eating here again.

I have never seen a person behind the counter move so slow. The gentleman working night shift needs to be fired. It should not take more than ten minutes to make a single sandwich.
