If I could give zero stars I would... What is the point of having the drive through open if no one answers it? 2 cars (employees) in the parking lot, one of them was running with the lights on, but no one answered me and I sat there for more than 5 minutes- I was the only customer. As I drive away, another car pulls in. I guess they didn't get a response at the drive through either, because they are behind me in the Jack in the Box drive through lane now. This McDonalds has been horrible every time we try to give them a chance, customer service sucks and food is always missing from the bag. Hopefully will improve when chick-fil-a goes in across the way or they will see even more business disappear.

Horribly people. Forgot our order, had to reverse and get my order. Didn’t have any drinks, and didn’t give us sweet tea after we asked for it. That was the only drink they had.

Card machine went down, shake machine down, employees being immature to each other loud enough to be heard in the back of the building where I was. It was clean. They were face to face nice. Food was fresh. Wifi was awesome.

The manager at this store is super rude, very unprofessional, they are super slow and treat doordashers with such disrespect. I wished I could tell which McDonald's it is before accepting orders from here, I would decline every order from here if I could, the other McDonald's in Stephenville is AWESOME, never have to wait, and they are so friendly!!
