Bojangles'

We plan on our long car trips to stop at this particular Bojangles. This is THE King Bo of all the other Jangles. Quick on/off highway, spacious, pristine. The food is fresh and piping hot, and the nicest staff. Even the bathroom is swank and spotless. We are NC folk, so we live where we are over-saturated with Bojangles- so, we typically do not get excited about one, but this one is so nice and delicious that it’s a huge morale booster on our long car trips. 10/10 recommend.

I really like coming here to get the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Sandwich. I don't usually like spicy food but the spicy in the breading of the chicken makes it taste really good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because last time I went to get my sandwich, the chicken was really rubbery and I ended up just eating the biscuit instead of the chicken. Every other time, the chicken has been great.

Pretty ridiculous in my opinion, stopped and got a kids meal tenders and fries, club sandwich and fries, and two piece dinner. They just threw the fries in the bag with biscuits shovel the napkins inside with the food. Crushed the biscuits and fries all to the pieces. I stop at Bojangles a lot when I’m down in southern Va and North Carolina and what a huge difference it is in quality of customer service, how the food is handled and the quality of the food. So there is a Chic Fil A next door take your money there until Bojangles of Staunton Va get someone from down south to teach these future burger flippers how to do their job.

Horrible experience. I haven't been here since they first opened due to a few things. Wait was long, food was cold n I thought the chicken just wasn't good. But its been quite a while so I thought I'll try it again. I ordered 3pc chicken tender meal with sweet tea. Paid over $8 for this so called meal. What I recieved was a 3pc dried up nugget meal with water, at one time was tea but it sat so long it only had 3 ice cubes in it. Yeah the so called tenders was that small, I even took pictures. I would've turned around and took it back but I was headed back to the hospital to be with my daughter. I will never return to this store again. On top of the rude person working the drive thru. I was trying to be nice about that. Thinking she was just tired , maybe short staff. But no excuse for the food I received.
