Worst customer service ever. The drive thru lady is extremely rude. She yells and rushes the order. I came here multiple times and had the same experience with the drive thru employee. Shes a lady in her 50s. I thought maybe the 1st couple of times, she was having a bad day, but no her attitude is disgusting. I had to leave the order and drive all the way to the other kfc on forest ave. My experience yesterday was one of the worst customer experiences ever. She also does not wear a facial mask while handling food and cash. I will be calling the health department and KFC corporate about her. I never felt so upset to get third parties involved. It appears there has been many complaints about the same worker and nothing has been done.

Worst KFC on the Island!! I never have a problem with my order but every time my husband or I go we get the same nasty old woman at the drive through. On multiple occasions we were told to just come inside with no reason why. Also after you order each Item she will tell you to drive up. We are done with this KFC until this Manger or Worker is no longer working there!

Obviously don’t have high expectations it’s a fast food place but this KFC is the worst one I’ve ever seen. It’s disgusting and the customer service here is horrible. As others have mentioned, the older middle eastern woman is so rude. Went into the drive through and she was yelling for no apparent reason with a horrendous attitude. 0/10, save yourself the headache and go to Forest Ave...

The food is great the the old lady that takes your order at the counter is more worried about ringing you up then getting the order right and according to the staff they only carry the mac and cheese bowl. The dining room soda has been broken for years I think they just don't want to clean it and every time I'm there the dining room is a filthy

The wait here is usually super long ! I love the food and have no complaints about that. The wait time makes it not “fast food” in my opinion. And the floor is kind of sticky half the time although I always see people mopping it. I know it’s not always a busy location but it seems slightly understaffed
