I’ve been wanting a nice coffee but I’ve been boycotting Costa and Starbucks and I came in here during my lunch break , the lovely guy there made me the best coffee !!

The staff members are very warm and welcoming. I visit this café quite often. Very spacious cafe, Wi-Fi is great for anyone working remotely. This cafe ticks all the boxes! Highly recommend! ⭐️💫

Great place, excellent service. It is a pity that the furniture is a little worn out and not very comfortable. Nice interior but lack of lighting

Pleasant enough. Coffees could be made a little better (were not full). Dog friendly which is a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space when I went in but there were only 2 people serving so there was a wait.

Lovely, spacious, quiet and CLEAN venue, which makes a change from other outlets of this chain; coffee (a regular latte) was of good standard and served nice and hot. Unfortunately the outlet was short staffed on this day, and I was advised they were closing earlier than expected due to this. Consequently there was a slightly unfriendly, anxious atmosphere when placing the order (I arrived about 35 mins before the expected closing time) and it made the experience slightly less pleasurable. But otherwise very nice and I will look forward to visiting again.

The decor is nice and this shop has a cosy, warm feel to it.Customer service tends to vary; some staff being very accomodating and friendly, others not.

This is my favourite coffee establishment which is situated in Staines-upon-Thames high street.
I visit very often with my wife because she really likes the chi latte on offer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are various cakes, biscuits and other goodies on offer if your not counting your calories.
To sum up this is great coffee establishment if you want to have a break from the shopping experience.
