We visited this location at 8:30 today and placed an order for 3 burgers and 1 coffee. The cashier provided only 1 ranch for 3 burgers and asked for $1 for each additional sauce. Furthermore, upon requesting an empty cup for water the cashier demanded another $1.49. I have visited multiple outlets and by far this has the worst customer service as well as poor management. The manager Joyce, herself failed to handle the customer complaint by providing a response that this outlet is inside Wal-Mart and we have our own rules. Highly disappointed.

The only McDonald's that charge for condiments for extra mayonnaise 15 cent's that is sad 😢 manager was rude I wouldn't go to this McDonald's

Never get my orders right all the way. Their always missing one thing or another to where I have to come back and and tell them so they can fix it.

Somehow they made my mcgriddle taste like lettuce. Was 30 min away so couldn't get my money back...i would say taste test it, but who wants to do that everytime..

Long lines and untrained staff are often the issue. The turnover rate is to be expected. I don't waste my app points here, though. Covid procedure, is not an issue. Your experience is always based on time of day and whoever is leading the shift.

NASTY! sticky floors and counters. Not to mention bad attitudes they huff and puff the whole time taking your order. HORRIBLE
