Ihop

Definitely do not recommend ihop anymore unless you just want the pancakes. The pancakes are still great. However, I ordered country fried steak and got this sad piece of meat that was quite cold. The French toast was alright and not worth it. I also don't recommend ordering it on a delivery service because it will not be the same. If you can't dine in, i suggest skipping it.

Extremely disappointed 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮 Spent over $82 for doordash to bring this joke For an entire family feast and 2 combos they included 3 little syrup packets No gravy on the steak (I didn’t request no gravy) and they gave me 2 little nasty pieces of meat instead of a regular country fried steak Couldn’t even eat it it was so bad Also have been to this location in person and they do not have their stuff together in there at all, unorganized and sloppy service I can’t imagine how disgusting the kitchen provably looks 🤮🤢

Absolutely horrible service. 7 adults and 4 kids at our table. 3 other small tables occupied and it still managed to take 2 hours to complete our stay. No refills on drinks the whole time we were there and we didn't receive those until the food started to arrive. Plates took a total hour to arrive from start to finish and multiple items were missing throughout. Its was just completely unorganized. Our waitress was nice. But completely untrained as well as the kitchen staff. Multiple arguments between staff as well as staff and customers were witnessed. Very sad experience all around

They have horrible customer service. I’ve come multiple times for pick up orders and the staff just completely ignores the guests waiting at the front. Tried to pick up an order this morning. No one ever came to the front so I went back out to my car and called the car side pickup number. The African guy just answered the phone an immediately tells me “you have to come inside to pick up”. I told him I just came from inside but there’s no way for me to pick up if no one ever comes to the front. He just hangs up on me. Then wouldn’t answer the phone after I continued to call. Very rude unprofessional staff. I can almost guarantee this restaurant will be closed completely in the next few months. I canceled the order and left. Id strongly recommend people NOT order from this restaurant.
