Cannot say anything but GREAT things about the sale of our truck from this location. I have NEVER experienced such seamlessly smooth transactions for any previous car sales. For people who like to read long reviews, here ya go. About 7 months ago, I came to view a black 2016 Toyota Corolla but the same car in a bronze color caught my eye. Sean, the guy who showed me the car was really informative but wasn’t pushy at all. I was given the keys and was allowed time to drive the car a few miles away with my pops to test it. I didn’t purchase the car that day but I came back a few days earlier and ended up getting the 2016 Bronze Toyota Corolla. Jake sold me the PERFECT car (I’m in love with it) but I signed paperwork and went over the terms with Brian who was very helpful! Not only is the entire staff courteous, but they also have courtesy refreshments for you and try to make you as comfortable as possible while in their establishment. It’s very clean and cozy (they even decorate it during the holidays lol). I’m big on customer service so this was very refreshing to see when so many businesses, especially car dealerships, lack this. After purchasing my car, I experienced minor issues that are kind of expected when getting an used car. However, Jake was VERY responsive & adamant about fixing this imperfections right away. I was experiencing issues with my AC and after the dealership’s mechanic tried coolant and that didn’t work, they replaced the entire system for me within the same week. There was also a missing piece from the floorboard on the driver’s side that I overlooked when I bought it but still, Off Lease Motors went above and beyond to fix this. Jake ordered the correct carpet from a nearby shop & in the meantime has placed rugs on both front floors for me :) In addition to all of this, they offer FREE detailing for their clients. I’ve brought it back about 6 times so far and every time and scheduling my appointment is very seamless. I either reach out to Jake personally or I call the dealership and I’m usually accommodated the very next day. There’s been times where I’ve had to reschedule my appointment MULTIPLE times due to my crazy schedule and no one was ever frustrated or short with me.. they just asked me what was the next best day & time for me. With all that being said, I am so happy to have found this dealership because purchasing a car is a huge investment and can go so wrong yet my experience with them was great & gets better & better with each interaction. We bought a truck from them in December 21 and it all went down hill from there first we spent literally all day there then we found out the 4x4 did not work right before we were going to leave so they said they would give us the part but they had to order it. We live 4 hours away so they said they would ship it. It took nearly 3 months to get our plates and we were told then that the part to fix the 4x4 would be shipped with our plates it was not. We have called numerous times and have been given stories, the latest is that everyone is out the office and will call us back without even taken our name. Oh and the last time my husband called they said they not only would ship the part as promised but they found another key to our truck and would send that as well that’s been a month ago. I called the other day everyone was out the office and someone would call me back later guy didn’t take my name and we haven’t heard anything. Don’t buy from here unless you want to be scammed into a problem car.

What an amazing experience at Off Lease Motors. We purchased a vehicle for my mom and got there right when they were closing. We got stuck in traffic. They still provided us 5 star service regardless of our late arrival. Brandon and the whole team were as patient as can be and answered all of our questions since we were first time buyers. The dealership itself is very clean and they aren't pushy at all. They treat you like family and everyone is super welcoming. The van is a GREAT deal mom is def. happy with the experience. The car was checked by Toyota for its 35,000 mile check and passed with flying colors. The tired of the van were the only issue we didn't catch but Off Lease made the situation better when they could have easily walked away from the situation. We will def. be recommending Off Lease to family and friends and just thank you Off Lease for making this such a seamless process and for also staying open for us way after closing time.
