I have been to the square a couple of times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each meal. The decor is cool and industrial. The service was great, we had booked a table but there was actually a few more tables anyway which is good for a Sunday. I would highly recommend this place for a good meal and friendly atmosphere

Great spot to sit with a drink on a sunny day on the pavement watching the world go by. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there’s a great range of drinks available at good prices. Tables are all clean and there’s a nice atmosphere; I’d recommend.

Wide range of drinks in lovely busy area. Friendly and helpful staff. Although fenced off with elegant glass panels you can smell the fumes off the busy traffic when outside.

Great place, just a little pricey for pub food, I had crab linguine, unfortunately not very tasty, would be better if they used fresh linguine instead of packet.
I believe the burgers were good.

The Square is stunning , spotless , comfortable with nice atmosphere. They always goes above and beyond with personal service and attention.
The food 🥘 looked beautiful and tasted as beautiful as it looked every time!👌
I cannot recommend this place enough - Always the first choice when we eat outside!

We had recently dined at The Square, we couldn’t have been happier with the service and the food. Everyone was so accommodating and going the extra mile when I had a special request.
Lovely food, great service and smiley faces at all times, will definitely be one of our regular restaurants to dine in, highly recommended.

Went for a meal last night with my girlfriend for valentine’s day, the meal was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The staff even came around with a polaroid camera to take pictures of couples, that they could take home with them with a heart frame, such a nice little touch.

Finally, a place that can actually make a decent Old Fashioned! Definitely a reason to return to Jersey.
I ordered the best fish and chips I've had in a long while: the mushy peas were actually delicious.
I may go back to try their steak tomorrow. Yum

2019: had another excellent meal here, the BBQ meat is as good as before and service was excellent. I would have liked to of seen some bbq sauce on the table too go with the meal and I hope they will take on this feedback to really elevate the meal. But other than that could not fault my meal.
2018: A lovely atmosphere, amazing food the ribs just broke apart with a fork and excellent drinks. Not going to break the bank either, highly recommend.

This is very busy bar/restaurant on the popular liberation square in St. Helier. We managed to get a table without booking and sampled some of the Square bites. These are tapas sized dishes so we ordered about six of these plus a side order of French fries. Particularly enjoyed the pork belly and calamari. Good service and quantities but could have been a bit hotter. Only just warm when served. All in all we would come back here. Very good.
