The lady at the cash register was very fun and pleasant. The lady who was preparing the food was amazing too. I Don know how she could keep up with the orders being all by herself but she was doing and really fast. There was a male in the back cooking and they all worked like a well oiled machine. With all of the employee shortages right now these 3 people should be commended. I hope they see this. Thank you for a great meal 😋

Horrible customer service. Pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru after another car pulled away and was told they would help me in a minute. Ten minutes later, and numerous “hellos” into the speaker got no response. I pulled around to the window to find the car in front of me (only two people in it) still waiting for their food. This is beyond staff shortages, this is also not fast food anymore. This is hiring a warm body to wear a headset or figure out how to make a food item that has all the same five ingredients as everything else on the menu. This is incompetence, and customer service at its worst.

I usually never do anything like this but this place has become such a pathetic dump, it takes forever to get your food and when you finally do get your food I asked for some hot sauce and they literally charged me on my card $.32 for two sauce packets. The owners should absolutely be ashamed of themselves and fire every single person working there because they are clearly not capable of doing the simplest of jobs hot sauce should come with your meal with a joke.

If I could give this restaurant no stars at all I definitely would I just got done going in to there to get just like two gift card from I it has the Visa logo on it but they didn’t accept it because the amount I was spending wasn’t enough???? which was like eight or nine dollars…so I called the card company and they That my card should work….the owner on down to the workers were terrible extremely RUDE!!! I am highly highly dissatisfied with TacoTime and I highly recommend nobody go to it

So disappointing! I dont recommend this place to anyone the food is so bland you have to add chili sauce or ketchup for flavor . I ordered the Big Juan and what i got was completely different from what i received. Tatter tots rebranded as mexi-fries, really? I wouldn't waste your money here. My buddy made a comment, " taco bell is better than this"
