I came in on this fine morning today I’m hoping to get a delicious frozen coffee to please my needs. as soon as I ordered I asked for a frozen coffee and a doughnut and in return I got an iced coffee so I talk to the people they said they were sorry and made me a frozen coffee. Come to find out it was just ice and water that looked like frozen coffee. Why would you do this to me. where are the flavors that I craved? I gave it two stars just because the donut was good.

This place is straight up trash. I went early in the morning on my way to work but I was disgusted to find out my doughnuts were dry and crunchy and crumbled in my mouth. Other doughnut places I went have had moist doughnuts but these tasted like they were made a week ago. I would rather go to joint bagel across the street.

Morning crew does not know how to make hash browns. Every morning when I decide to give them another chance I get under cooked hash browns and most are just mush crumpled up in the beg. Ordered 2 this mornind and both came out horrible just all mushy and completely falling apart.

What an awful place, jeez man/woman. I can't stand the fact I've been going there for breakfast a lot working for this job and still every single time recieve sh*tty service. The one girl with dark brown hair treats me like I'm a child by speaking to me condescendingly. This morning (July 1st) I walked in and before I could speak my sentence I was rudely interrupted to speak up. I didn't even say anything yet smh 😆. She did it the whole order too. This place is a joke with no service or manners. Also they can't do two separate orders in the drive thru for who knows why. They're very rude, ignoring and could care less about your order/life. This is a ZERO rating. 🙄

Convenient but highly variable each visit. Pretty good most of the time. Just depends on who is working. Sometimes they throw the donuts out 20+ minutes before closing.

The folks that work at this location are super friendly and efficient. Especially Luis and Alyssa! I've never been through a drive-thru so quickly. And they really made me feel like they appreciated my business! Very polite and fun to talk to. I've been inside as well, and it's nice to talk to service professionals who make you feel like you are the most important customer. Kudos to the whole crew! Shows great management as well!

Great location, unfortunately both bacon egg and cheese sandwiches or horrible egg and bacon hardly cooked potatoes cold very disappointed

I had to grab a bagel at Dunkin this morning since joint bagel is closed on Mondays. I'll never do that again! This Dunkin is horrible. I'm not really sure why they're open. They didn't have any sesame bagels so I got a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese not toasted. When I got home I realized that the bagel was still as well as my croissant. This Duncan should close down. Disappointed customer!!!
