Pizza Hut

Just ordered a 5 toppings pizza and asked for it to be cooked well done. I got a under cooked soggy disaster. Only reason I ordered it is because my mother likes them. It was way better 35 years ago when we had to wait 40 minutes for a pie. Please find the CEO and tell him this franchise is in trouble when a gas station pizza is better! Disappointment and I'm glad I used my rewards for this but heck. I still had to buy a few sides because $10 delivery minimum. What con artists came up with this? Nobody out does the hut! Psh!!

I ordered online for curbside. I also did read the small print about some locations not having curbside. But this location still directed me to what type of vehicle I have, etc. The employee talked about how employees got hurt walking in the parking lot. I indicated that I am right by the curb at the restaurant. She refused saying the district manager wouldn't allow it. I said that would have been very useful if I knew before I decided this location based on curbside. When I went inside, an employee acted like they were going to help me, and proceeded to go in the back, working on boxes and pizzas. I patiently waited, then another employee asked to help the person behind me, and I asked if I could have my pizza. She said they must be cooking it. I told that employee I called before entering, thinking I had curbside. I'm pretty sure, but can only surmise, they had some attitude and pretended to help me, but didn't choose to. I didn't yell or act like anyone owed me, I just ordered a pizza. The pizza was right there in the warming tray, right in the front all along. As it showed on the TV screen that my order was ready. Not good customer service by any means. A lot of signs in restaurants say be patient and kind to the workers, but I also think this should go both ways. I won't be using this location ever again based on this horrible customer service transaction.

Extremely poor customer service, straight up lied about availability, and would make any more dough despite being open another 2 hours. To top it off they were rude and unkind when they didnt realize we could hear them. Even if you so run out of dough (despite being a pizza joint) you dont ever run out of kindness- unless you're an employee at this Pizza Hut.

Perfection! Ordered a thin crust x-sauce and pineapple pizza and a 4 pack of Pepsi. Great deal for $5 each. Pizza cooked to perfection, and probably the hottest takeaway/delivery I have ever had. The Pizza was HOT and fresh & the Pepsi's were COLD!!!! (Never ordered anywhere that chilled the soda's!!) Definitely my Pizza of choice here.

Absolutely amazing service! I placed an order at Domino’s originally for my daughters birthday and they cancelled it without even notifying me. Luckily I called this Pizza Hut and the very nice girl was able to make my order of 10 pizzas in only 20 minutes without any issues! If you want great service and good pizza go here! DO NOT use the dominoes on CR 210 they are garbage and so is their customer service!
