Wendy's

There was only one car in front of me in the drive thru, but it took over five minutes to place my order. I realized that there was only one person working the window and preparing the order. I looked through the window and saw the guy preparing my food without using gloves! This is the same person who had just handled money. I threw the food in the trash. I understand that finding quality employees has become difficult, but until this location can hire more staff, this location should be closed.

I have been to this Wendy's the last couple of nights. The first night I got to the drive thru at 8:53 and there were 3 cars ahead of me. The first car completed his order and pulled up to the window. It was now 8:56 and the next 2 cars pulled up to Order and then left. I pulled up at 8:57 and was politely told they were closed. Ok fine. The next night I got in line at 8:43 and there were 5 cars ahead of me. I finally got to the order window at 9:00pm and was told they were closed again. This time I argued that I was the only person in line and how long I had waited but to no avail. I will never wait again at this Wendy's.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Waited in the drive-thru line with only two people in front of me for over 35 minutes! While I sat there I watched four customers drive away because they were sick of waiting, I finally get up to the order board and this incredibly snotty woman tells me to just hold on. After just quote holding on quote for an additional 10 minutes, I said hello?... To which the reply was.." I told you to just wait a minute" she then rushed me through my order, cutting me off three times to ask me if I was done and then said... Just pull up. Pulled up and waited an additional 10 minutes for my food and when it finally came my way, everything I ordered was either wrong or freezing cold. Snodiest bunch of employees ever who obviously cannot do their jobs. Every single one of them should be fired

This location is hit or miss. Definitely a slower restaurant than other locations. Today it took 35 minutes in the drive thru because their "ordering system was down so they have to handwrite everything and want to make sure it's right". I was checking my order to make sure it's right and within 5 seconds they told me to move out of the way. 2 burgers were wrong, shorted a frosty and no napkins. Not a big deal except what seemed like the manager argued with me at the window. She put napkins in all the bags...really? I'm not trying to steal napkins but need them to eat in the car and there were none. I asked for a double stack with only ketchup, onion and lettuce but there was cheese...I was lectured about how I have to explicitly state no cheese and it's my fault. Really disappointed because the 4 for $4 is a good deal and the reason I go there but will stick with the WGV location that is quicker and nicer.

Restaurant looks clean and nice, but was not able to eat here because the lobby is not open due to staff shortages. Wish I would have known that before walking here. Putting this detail in for future walkers. Also, if you are a teenager without a job, these guys are paying $12/hr... maybe get off the couch and EARN some money.
