Denny's

Chase is master on the grill. My T-bone steak was well seasoned, juice, and tender. No need for A-1, and I am an a-1 gall myself. Not to mention everything else was cooked to perfection and came out in no time as all! Our waitress was amazing as well. She kept my tea filled throughout the entire night and even brought me an extra. Great job Denny’s!

First visit I had a very courteous server. Coffee was good. I just stopped in for a quick bite, and my food came out fairly fast. Next time came in and it was crazy busy.  You can really see how the nationwide staffing shortage is affecting businesses. They did their best to deal with the rude customers who had to wait for a table. Don't people understand that a table might be open, but if there is no server to serve you, they can't seat you there?! When my friends and I were seated, our harried server took care of us. She was not rude, but she was clearly overworked and almost maxed out. Our food came out fresh and hot. It tasted great. Paying our bills was only a short wait, and that employee was harried but kept a smile on her face. Please people--be patient here! They are understaffed and are putting forth a sincere effort to provide good service.

We showed up at about 1am Saturday Dec. 4th. They were slammed with only one cook and short on servers. We opted to take an order to go. Both cashier and server (who I believe was maybe a trainer as well) were wonderful, helpful, cheerful and sweet. We were actually in a bit of a hurry and even though they had dealt with a few rude people, worked hard to get our order out ASAP. The photo is my husband and another customer putting their tree back together because an angry customer had kicked it over on the way out.

We stayed next door at the Ponce Hotel and their attached restaurant, although delicious, only had two options so we wanted something different the next morning. This Denny’s is older, as are most, but the service was quick and the servers were friendly! The food was delicious and our order was correct. I chose my menu items and the waitress knew the same order that I wanted in a way to save us a few bucks which was kind. I would recommend.

Chase is an excellent chef. I ordered a T-bone steak and it was cooked perfectly to my liking.The pancakes and eggs were also immaculate and the cheese was actually melted. Great job chase. Also great job to our waitress, she was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 will eat here again.
