Red Rooster

Order from menulog but they give us yesterday fried chicken. ITS already tough, taste different not like fresh fried chicken. Terribly disappointed with this red rooster, was always buy here but I think again. Becarefull guys, they start thinking get more profit by trick their customer. Dont do that Just for profit, you lost your customers in the future.

It's fine chicken, but they just make mistakes constantly which sours every time we go. If you go takeaway, they'll generally get the order right but you'll get soggy chips if you don't eat right away, and it's pricey when you consider that a Rippa roll is basically 2 chicken tenders in 2 tiny dinner rolls. A family sized chips feeds 2, and a full chook is cheaper almost anywhere else. On the delivery front, not only are you paying delivery fees, but youre also paying a hidden $2~ surcharge on every item before you factor delivery/service fees. Worse, their chef-facing order system doesn't track any modifications or requests for dietary changes, so they will NEVER get your order right if you use online delivery. Rather than replacements, they at best put you in their "log book" for a free replacement item if you go in-store. There is a reason this place is rated around a 3 star; you'll only get what you pay for in-person, otherwise you're going to have a bad time with unsatisfactory meal.

Wrong order again, this time via UberEats. The correct receipt was stapled to the wrong bag. Clearly no one checks and the management seem to have an "oh well" attitude. Called to ask them to resend the order, as it was their fault, but too cheap to pay for and organize another driver to re-delivery. Instead was told they'd refund the order and enjoy the 'free meal'. The free meal is under-cooked chips, and soggy rooster roll.
