Subway

Salad portions were ridiculously small. Prep and build of salad was unlike any other Subway we frequent. This was definitely a poor experience and a poor salad. We communicated our needs and paid full sandwich price for a salad that wouldn't have filled a footlong sub. Very disappointing I would recommend finding another Subway for anyone in our area.

I don't know what changed after the interior remodel, but it seems like there's all new staff and all of them seemed like the last thing they wanted to do was help me. Went in the other night to get a sandwich (around 7pm - definitely not close to closing time) and there was only one other customer in there. Both employees were too busy talking to each other to greet me, ask any questions about what I wanted and only one employee made my sandwich and the sanwich of the customer in front of me. The other one talked the whole time. Terrible customer service and acted like I was interrupting their conversation the entire time. Food was fine as it always is...but they need to get someone in there to train the employees how to interact with customers.
