Sonic Drive-in

I come here at least once a week. I have to say in 3 years there has not been once that I can recall that my order was correct. Can't say it's the person taking the order or the carhops faults because the issue remains no matter how many times they get replaced. Great chili cheese Coney there guys. FFS get it together.

What happened? The days of fresh cooked burgers on a flat top are over. Heat lamps and microwaves folks. Want cheesey tots. Get cold tots with sliced fake cheese not even melted. Suprised they even bother with fryers. Legit haven't had warm food from Sonic the past 2 or 3 times we went. All in the name of making more profit for owners. Quality of food is just underwhelming at best. Far cry from the old school Sonic some of us grew up with.

Worst customer service ever. I come through the drive thru and they say “hi, how can I help you”, as I spoke my order. And then complete silence after that for an ongoing 10 minutes. My order was never taken, nor did they tell me the total, so I pulled up to the window and waved as nobody acknowledged me for another 10 minutes. I left. When I called to complain, they claimed to be busy but I was never informed about this. They talked to me in a way that made it seem like they had the right to be upset. Handled things super unprofessionally, taking absolutely no accountability for their actions. Horrible night. Do better Sonic and to the person that I called, I hope you can be properly trained because you had a passive aggressive tone and you have no respect for the customers, it’s absolutely disgusting.

My husband needed to use the restroom as we had a long drive and stopped to order food I was barely looking for the restroom when an employee caught up to me and told me no bathrooms I can go next door to McDonalds and use it if I have too. If I hadn’t already ordered my food I would have taken my business to Mc Donalds too!
