If you are looking for a night out with amazing food, great drinks and a killer ambiance, look no further. We were super stoked to stumble across this place when we were in town from NY for a few days of snowboarding. The staff and owners are very personable and it was a pleasure to be around them - A very welcoming vibe for sure! The menu had a great mix of different items and everything we ordered was super fresh and creatively plated. Delicious upscale food at a fair price! The cocktails and local beer selection were also on point. Everything was so good that we decided to come back again our last night there and had the same awesome experience as the first night. We will definitely be back for sure. Highly recommend The Copper Fox if you are in the area!

We were excited to try this place for the first time. Unaware that we needed reservations, we walked in and were greeted with "Name?" I told the hostess we didn't have reservations and weren't aware we needed them. She said they just had a cancellation and sat us in the far corner, next to the bar. A decent table save for the gallery light blaring in from the store next door. We asked for a high chair-- the one that was brought had a broken buckle and the other was in use. When the other table was done with the seat, I had to go back and get the highchair myself-- no one offered, despite having a rambunctious 11 month old strapped to my chest. Drink order was placed and drinks delivered, it took over 20 minutes for our waitress to come back for our food order. Mind you, business was just picking up, we were one of the first tables in house. We watched as two tables had their orders taken before us, their appetizers delivered before our order was even in. Seated at around 5:30, our food did not come out until nearly 6:45. The $28 salmon was undercooked and the $18 burger was super rare, despite being asked to be cooked to medium. Had we not had a prior commitment across town for 7pm, we would have sent our meals back. A slower paced meal is fine for a couple out on the town, but grandma, baby and mom, an hour for food is a lot, especially as we watched tables seated 10 and 15 minutes later than us being served first. Upon delivery of the food, we asked for Tiramisu to go and the check. Our server did not check back on us to find out how our food was, the Tiramisu was thrown haphazardly into a to go box, and the hostess was the one who delivered the final check after our card was run. Not to mention, no bold wording outlined that the lady fingers in the dessert we soaked in rum-- definitely should have been more of a pronounced notice on the menu. For a $100 meal, we were disappointed by the pace, attention and overall outcome of the meal. Was it because we hadn't made a reservation? Was it because we had a baby in tow? We aren't sure. But we hope if we give it another chance, the staff and kitchen will match the otherwise lovely ambience.

Absolutely terrible service! My dad and i went tonight for dinner because our favorite place to go was already full. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order and the never came back. At least 45 minutes went by and finally my dad got up and asked the materdee at the front if we were going to be served. A few minutes later the materdee came over and took our order. We then waited at least another 40 minutes for our food to come out. The food wasn't even that good! The worst part of the whole evening was the fact that our waitress never once apologized to us. We won't be going back
