First i’d like to start of by saying i don’t typically leave a review, negative or positive for any establishment. Secondly i’d like to state that i work at a local fast food restaurant in town which is why i’ve considered all aspects of the situation. On sunday May 22, 2022 i stopped at our lovely Springfield Dunkin for a coffee and a small breakfast. nothing crazy i ordered an iced coffee, a bacon avocado toast and the hash browns. As usual i was told to pull forward to wait for my food, which is totally fine i have no issue with that. I was brought my food out and what was supposed to be bacon avocado toast was just bacon and bread. I Pulled back around and explained what i had ordered and what i had received and was told to pull to the window. The girl said they didn’t have the avocado spread and i asked to have something to replace my food or a refund i didn’t care which. she said no and they don’t offer refunds. i told her i should have been informed that they didn’t have the avocado when i placed my order and she very rudely said we didn’t care enough to tell you. I said okay well i don’t want my bacon and bread and she said i had to take it. I handed it to her and drove away as she proceeded to call me inappropriate names. I called the store to speak to a manager several times and was told the manager wasn’t there. Like i said i work at a fast food establishment in town so i know a manager is always supposed to be on the job. At this point i’m not looking for my money back or for compensation of any sort, but i’d like for a manager to see this and correct the issue. Your employees are the face of your store, they should know how to be appropriate and respectful.

What has happened to Dunkin' donuts? They taste like they're frozen donuts and they're not fresh. I got one today that was jelly-filled, only one bite had jelly in it. Come on Dunkin' donuts, you can do better than this!

Great coffee when made right. But charge way too much for their drinks, need to chill out on charging $8 for a medium iced Carmel coffee with vanilla bean.

Coffee was good, had the chai latte also and it was very flavorful and smooth but just a little too sweet. Did not have a big variety of munchkins but it was late in the day.

I will give 5 stars to the staff at this location, they are always great. The broken equipment does not fall on the staff, that falls on the owners. I never blame the staff when something is broke, it puts a lot of extra stress on the staff as they are the ones blamed. The issue with this location is not their fault, once again it is the owners. The donuts are not prepared at this location, they are trucked in from another state and you can tell, that is why they lose the donut business to The Donut Palace across the street. You would think the owner would step it up and be some competition instead of not even trying. Once again, staff gets to hear it about the donuts and you have people sitting in an office that have probably never waited on a customer in their life making all these decisions about what this location needs. In that office the decisions are based on money, not what is the best for the customer and the best on the staff as it would lessen the stress on them. I think they need to come out of that office and run this non stop location for a couple of weeks and I bet some things would change pretty quick. They do the best they can with what they have. I think they need to be flooded with requests at corporate to make what they are selling in house and not truck it in from Georgia, no telling what has crawled over it while it makes it's way to Tennessee. Better step it up DD, you have The Donut Palace taking your donut customers and Starbucks is opening here also, there will be to many other choices if you don't improve the quality.

Most time order not correct, service is really slow and quality is poor. Need to reevaluate staff choices. Having teenagers with bad attitudes and smart mouths is bad customer service. That also do not know how to manage and count money properly.

Ordered hashbrowns and got only 6 hashbrowns in the bag (I had eaten 2 before taking the pic and wondered why the bag felt so empty already)... Not even half of the hashbrowns bag was filled. The food tastes good though.
