This place will all but rob you at gun point! The last 5 times FIVE TIMES…my order has been so wrong or so bad the food gets thrown away. You can place your order but they’re going to give you what you want and charge you what they want. I called once and they said they’ll mail something, it never came! Today though was the end for me! I came in yesterday due to my order being wrong and then the replacement being wrong which I failed to check before I went home and was told no worries I’ll leave a note at the register. Well tonight I was called a liar and that if I didn’t know the cashiers name, not the managers they couldn’t help me. The lady then said she was as high up as they go which l know isn’t true. I said fine asked for the DMs info and said ii was over it. When I went to order my food they refused service because I was calling corporate and even sent a kid clearly high off his mind to threaten me!!! SAD SAD SAD!

They don't make the food right and the fries are bland. My spicy chicken sandwich didn't have spicy sauce on it the last 2 times I ordered spicy. The fries never have salt on them and taste bland. The fries taste like youbit into a raw potato. I would give this McDonalds zero stats if that wasn't option. Horrible

I ordered my usual: 2 cheeseburgers meal with a LARGE sweet tea (YUM!). The best part of the meal was the drink! I was supposed to get a medium fry but they put them in a large fry sleeve and it was filled to what could have been a medium amount. The fries were salty "pieces" of potatoes and the burgers were lukewarm. This was my FIRST and LAST visit to this establishment!

The staff there are ALWAYS rude to us. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it didn’t have pickles on it, went to ask for some pickles bc it comes with it and they wanted to charge me for their screw up. They’ve jipped us on our orders over 3 times. They go against policy so much! (I used to work at a mcds). This is supposed to be a good location, but it’s the worst. Save your time and go to the hillcrest location, they’re so much better.

I waited at the speaker while the other line kept moving, I had to back up and change lanes. I told the lady on the speaker that I thought the other speaker was broke. She was un thrilled and said,” I just didn’t notice you “! And I don’t even know why they have milk shakes on the menu!! I won’t b going back to that location! It just keeps getting worse…
