i love the food. This place is a good place to stop and get some food but there is always a long wait. At night they only do pick ups.

I usually dodge this one and go to another McDonalds, to be honest. I've just had more bad experiences than good, whether it's cold fries, forgetting items, the very few times that something is requested that is anything different than menu, it never gets remembered.
I have to mention..when the food comes out fresh and correct, its always before like 6 or 7.

This is the worst location I’ve been to across America and I’m not even trying to exaggerate. I’ve lived here my entire life and after seeing the people I went to school with take it over it’s turned into total trash. The company itself should be shut down for the way they let this location function. Worst morning management in history and I’m not joking. Go down the road and grab something else and avoid this location at all costs.

It was busy,but employees were very courtes. This was my very best experience atevery McDonald's I've been to.

In terms of Springfield's McDonald's, this location is the worst. The staff will stare at you while you wait for your food, and always look annoyed. The COVID-19 protocols are ignored, with facemasks being worn as chinstraps and the clean table signs being flipped without any cleaning. They may decide at any moment past 10 pm to only serve door dash drivers. Even if I live a couple of blocks away from this location, I am more likely to opt driving to the Derr location.
