Worst experience at BK....waited an extremely long time (31 minutes in the drive through) and we only ordered chicken nuggets. Waited specifically for spicy ones and received a weird mix of cold and undercooked nuggets 😞 At least the girl working the drive through was kind. My son was too afraid to eat them and threw them away because he didn't want to get sick.
Don't waste your time at this one 😣

Lobby is consistently closed due to staffing issues, or covid, or ??? On the plus side, I was able to risk my life walking the drive thru. 😅 food was good, and employees are nice though! Keep lobby open, and you'll have yourself a better rating next time I'm in.

My experience was alright, I was just picking up an app/online order, it wasn't peak time so I didn't wait long. They have great deals on the app so be sure to sign up and look through it. The food tasted good and considering it's fast food I'd say that's a plus.

Why does this location get to decide when they want to close randomly, without notifying customers, or turning off online ordering? Tried to order as part of the ridiculous birthday celebration, made the mistake of picking THIS BK to place my order, bought and paid for the order online, and show up to a locked door, hours before they were supposed to close. Couldn't even re-place my order online because the coupon for the free whopper had been redeemed. They basically stole my money and left me with no food. Overall not a surprising experience from the worst BK in the chain. I should have known better than to pick THIS burger king out of all the ones in my city when it mattered most. Lesson learned. I'll do McDonalds next time; they at least stay open when they're supposed to.

Cold chicken frys like they were reheated or sat in warmer and burgers were made very slobby and missing condiments. Make sure everything on the hamburger amd warm and made good not sloppy. Or get people that care about make food fresh and make good hamburgers not slobby and missing condiments.

Out of all the Fast Food I enjoy this one the most of course like all places not all of them have the same quality or the same good people as the one at the Gateway Area, they may be small but the get the orders out and correct quickly

My favorite BK in Eugene/Springfield area. The staff have always been courteous and it can get busy at times and it’s a small parking lot/drive area so can be frustrating but I just jam to music while waiting.

They sure don’t put the “fast” in “fast food”. Could’ve driven home and cooked a whole four course meal sooner than I got my food here.
