The service sucks. U make your order & never know what your gonna get. U might order a hot or iced drink but you’ll get a room temp drink smh

my orders have been wrong almost every single day I travel for work an stop by this location because of the convenience. But the lack of attention an rude customer service doesn't help. The women taking my order rushes me an does not listen.

Very unprofessional, everything was disgusting, the staff were arrogant they gave me the wrong order i don't recommend to buy there. They need someone to organize them.

The staff of this Dunkin deal with some of the most rude, demanding and unreasonable customers. Despite all of the nasty comments made to the staff, they keep moving, working their tails off with a smile on their faces. Every customer receives polite and timely service. The employees here deserve a serious bonus and the Dunkin location deserves an award for their hard work and positive attitudes.

I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THIS PARTICULAR DD THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS WITHIN 2 DAYS APART THAT I ORDERED A LARGE HOT CHOCOLATE WITH WHIPPED CREAM ONLY TO GET MUDDY LOOKING WATER NO CHOCOLATE NO WHIPPED CREAM THIS PLACE IS STARTING TO GO DOWN HILL FAST. SHAMEFUL I HAD TO PAY $3 FIR A MUDDY CUP AND STILL HAD TO MAKE MY OWN CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE SMFH YET AGAIN ANOTHER DAY WASTED MY MONEY ON.

Every time I go here, my frozen mocha coffee always tastes bitter... any other Dunkin I go to it tastes amazing and this one has never once made it right.... almost like a burnt coffee/bitter taste. Very disappointed

Horrible! The only store where the expresso machine is always “down, being cleaned, not working”. If you get the latte, check they didn’t forget the shot of expresso inside. The staff doesn’t get along and that bounces on the customer service. You talk to the manager DEZ, she’s the one telling everyone to go the other Dunkin. She’s the first one screaming at employees and clients. I hope upper management sees and fixes this problem once and for all. Thank You.
