Staff at this Dunkin was rude and not trying to help never going to this one again

Friendly staff considering it's Massachusetts, but hands down one of the worst coffees I've ever had. Idk how they get "no sugar" from "7 cream, 7 sugar" but then they wouldn't fix it because of Covid and wouldn't replace the coffee... So total waste unless you want no sugar and very little cream.

Employee at the drive through was rushing my order and impatient when SHE messed it up. Then had the auditacity to yell at me when I mentioned she got my order wrong. Real classy folks there.

Went here on a Monday evening, in a rush because my bus was leaving. The girl behind the counter looked like she was the only one working there. Super cheery, very quick service. Made my night better. Same food as all Dunkins, but I appreciated her.

The employees are extremely slow pace. No sure how you get "4 creams and 4 sugars" when I said 3 cream NO sugar, 5 times!
