This food is unbelievable good. I am really shocked. Everyone knows I keep it real with these reviews, and I have to say this food is excellent. They have the juiciest and best burgers around. Also, there loaded fries are unreal. I mean, wow, I am really shocked at some of the comments. They had know idea I was with 413 food reviews, and the customer service is was exceptional. Please don’t let those comments discourage you. They definitely have really good food. Trust me, order the chicken tenders with loaded cheese fries, you won’t regret, and you won’t leave home hungry.

Paul was the worst bartender I've ever experienced. I asked for a vodka lemonade and he gave me a regular lemonade with barely a shot of vodka. We asked to order food and he told me to hold on and never came back. After 20 minutes we just got the bill and left. Go to the hotel restaurant instead!

Is a cozy place to go and have some good time with friend and even family.right on the heart of Springfield MA, huge TVs lots of them. Great Sports memorabilia. Great professional experience staff. Great food at great price. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended. The main photo on these site has nothing to do with the bar..

Food was generally good, albeit a little over priced. Service was non-existent. Staff was friendly but not attentive. The restaurant was dated and in need of new finishes. A shame, because I like to support non-chain restaurants.
