Three times I have ordered large orders. Twice they messed up and fixed once. They argued with me both times. Poor customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli and they sent chicken and broccoli and said "oh well." The General chicken is VERY poor quality. Barely any chicken, and extremely orange in color. They lost a customer that pays $100 or more each time for an order of Beef and Broccoli. Smh

The food is mostly good but the staff especially the woman at the front desk is very rude and dismissive

Ordered food from there Wednesday and woke up the next day sick and 102 fever never again they don't use gloves or sanitize that's the only thing I have eaten all day so I know that got me sick

Really bothers me that when i lived in the projects in chicopee the would deliver to me, they deliver to my husband's job across town. But will not deliver to my house a house we now Own!! Which is about 5 minutes from them. We have a family of 5 so always spend 60-70 dollars every weekend! They will ask can you come pick it up? 70.00 worth of food i think not! Oh and doesn't help that they only take cash!! So I would have to do an atm trip before i get my food.. maybe i should contact the IRS! They only take cash for a reason 🤔

You have GOT to be kidding me! I just moved here over the weekend and wanted to order out for the weekend instead of cooking. I could barely understand the woman who answered the phone, and when I politely tried to ask her what she was saying, she screamed at me about how to spell my street name. When I was finally able to pull her away from her coworkers, she still had the spelling wrong and could not use simple context clues to figure out that I was less than a mile away from the store. I was really hoping for Chinese food tonight and she had completely deterred me from it tonight.
