Hardee's

I pulled up to the drive-thru ordered a $5 meal deal. The person told me it was 5:47, so I pulled around he never asked me which meal deal I wanted whether it was the three piece chicken strips or the burger or the chicken sandwich. Never asked me what kind of drink I wanted to go with it. I then requested a diet soda and they brought out a burger, cold, bun cold, I should have gone back in but didn't very disappointing. Will not go there again.

Drive thru - Hardee's in Springfield is notoriously bad. Slow service, incorrect orders, uncaring and unprofessional staff. Today was no different. I've had a bit of luck recently at this location - ONE really good employee who seems to do her job quickly, efficiently, and with a grin on her face. She must have been off today, because I was barely greeted at the speaker. My order was taken impatiently and monotonous as humanly possible, and it was taken wrong. My chicken strips were the smallest tenders I've ever seen, and they had to be cooked fresh, so I waited several minutes for these nuggets, but the kicker is that I really wanted to try that new hot honey sauce. I asked for it specifically twice, and now that I'm 20 minutes across town, and home, my chicken strips have exactly ZERO sauces. I had chicken strips at home already. This was a huge disappointment.
