Salad was amazing till bite into this 😞 service was fast and friendly

Friendly Staff. But took forever to get my food. I order through the app. I wanted it to be take out but the door was locked. I ended having to go through the drive thru. The kicker was when I got to the window for my food the lobby was magical open.

Took about 15 minutes to make it through the drive thru. Ordered a small frosty and 3 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. We were given the frosty with no lid, and only 2 sandwiches. How is a 4-item order so difficult to get correct? One of the sandwiches wasn’t even wrapped all the way. They were just kind of thrown in the bag. Come on y’all. It wasn’t even busy.

Did a quick stop at this location on my way to Chicago. Most disgusting Wendy's location I have ever seen. Instead of the employees sitting and goofing off in the dining room they should of been cleaning. The bathroom is what was really bad. This manager should be fired, but I am sure this mess is the norm for him/her and never seen a clean restraunt. I walked out and through my food in the dumpster behind the building.

While I normally very much like this Wendy's, the last 3 times we have gone through the drive through, we have been turned away by staff telling us they are not filling drive through orders, or are not allowing dine in, either. So, you cannot even get food from this particular Wendy's. They say they will only take delivery orders. And refuse to prepare food for customers already there! I have never heard such a thing!

They did not get my food correct. I ordered from DoorDash then. They also told me I have to bring the food back.

I have nothing good to say about this place.
Not only was my food cold, but the employees can't count to 10 for the correct number of nuggets to give to a customer.
This place use to be so good on their service and food...but they no longer are! Be leary about going to this location.

Stopped by the drive thru on our way back from visiting the Lincoln museum. We got to met Eryn she served us up with 3 small chocolate frosty. She was a blast and worked very hard to make our order. A+ to her.
