This store deserves zero stars. The owner is rude and so are the employees. I guess it's okay to order a cake, pay for it, and go pick it up and the owner can refuse to give it to you. They refused to fix the mistake on the cake the next day. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had this problem, so I will never go back to this store!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location and as I pull up I notice the social distance sign in the window. This isn’t my first time visiting this location during the mist of the pandemic so I was already aware of the “7 people in store” guidelines, however these signs are tapped all around the establishment so they are visible to everyone. I waited in the car because as I counted there we’re already 11 people in the store. As I was waiting someone pulled up and went right in and proceeded to order at this point no one has come out and they are still over capacity. As people are leaving out i decided to have me and my daughter and niece stand at the door so if anyone pulled up they would see we were waiting in line. Well, another guy walks up and goes right in front of us inside the store and waits inside in line. At this point I am assuming that they are functioning at full capacity because no one has been ask to wait outside and there is clearly more than 7 people in the store still. So me and my two kids walk in and immediately we are asked to wait outside because of the “7 rule” guidelines. As you can imagine I’m surprised. And I tell them well we were here first and people have been walking in front of us as were waiting, the workers dismissed what I was saying and asked me and my kids to leave. The guy admits that he walked in front of us and was not ask the wait outside. The worker says “well there’s nothing I can do about that”. We leave, I go back inside to ask for a manager and to my surprise the very rude one is the manager. He puts his head down as I’m talking to him out his hand up in a very dismissive way and says if I don’t leave he’s calling the cops. I never place race card at all, because most things are misunderstandings. But this was clear as day discrimination two young ladies standing outside came up to me and said they witnessed what happened and would be reporting it as well. I’m so disgusted with the behavior from all 3 employees. One guy comes out and say the owner wants you to leave. I responded “what does it look like I’m doing”? The manager comes out yelling continues to say he’s calling the cops as I’m strapping my 4 year old in the car. Trust me this is not the end of this.
