My coffee was the normal Mocha Latte Starbucks coffee but the customer service was not as desired. I don't drink extremely hot drinks and I had asked them to not steam the milk as much as they normally do but it was extremely hot.

Can I not order a venti Frappuccino, and get the cup full. These people, un-freaking-believable

I just find it silly that Starbucks discontinued hazelnut syrup for the summer. It's a standard flavor and Starbucks can just decide to make it seasonal. Coffee is burnt usually.

The Starbucks inside target ground our coffee for the wrong setting. We ask for a pour over grind which is fine and received French press grind which is coarse. Very disappointing. I’ll be going back to get my coffee replaced.

There was only one person working and she was distracted the whole time by her friend that stood in front of the cash register. My friend and I waited 10 minutes for two simple drinks. I witnessed many people wait in line and walk away due to lack of attention received by the worker. Very poor service, not appropriate for work place.

Dude with the beard had the worst attitude towards me for absolutely no reason. He literally mocked me with his facial expressions and when I asked him if something was wrong we muttered his response. He then got my coffee and put it in two cups so my lid fell off then when I looked at my daughter's doughnuts they were smashed up in the bags. I don't know why we where treated like that but I will NEVER GO BACK!

Went and got a venti frappe today and was handed the smallest size, and told that he put it in the correct cup. Y’all just lost a customer cause I can tell you it was the nastiest frappe that I’ve ever gotten
